Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with GeturCV. Because the AED 10 download unlock immediately delivers a digital good (your PDF or Word resume), our refund policy is as follows.

Eligibility for a refund

  • You have not yet downloaded a resume after paying.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from downloading, and our support team could not resolve it within 7 days.
  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge).

How to request a refund

Email info@geturcv.com within 14 days of your payment with your account email and Ziina transaction reference. We will respond within 3 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Ziina. Bank processing can take up to 10 business days.

Non-refundable cases

  • You changed your mind after downloading your resume.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after payment.
