Which ATS do UAE employers actually use?

The systems screening your CV in the UAE aren’t a single product — they’re a mix of enterprise platforms and recruiter add-ons. Emirates Group, ADNOC, and the larger banks typically run on SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle Taleo. Family groups and retail majors like Majid Al Futtaim and Landmark lean on Workdayand Bayt’s recruiter suite. Most agencies (Michael Page, Robert Half, Hays, Charterhouse) layer Bullhorn or JobAdder on top of LinkedIn Recruiter. Each parses your file slightly differently — but they all fail the same way: two-column layouts get scrambled, icon fonts vanish, headers/footers get dropped, and text trapped inside an image is invisible.

How parsing fails (and costs you the interview)
